Stellenbosch Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc

This is a modern styled Sauvignon Blanc that shows elegance and finesse. The nose shows a cascade of gooseberries, asparagus, and lemongrass, complimented by lush, juicy fruit. The Stellenbosch Vineyards Unwooded Chardonnay is a feast for the senses, displaying expertly balanced complexity and purity of fruit. Its unwooded character elegantly highlights a fruit-focused flavour, presenting charming notes of lemon, grapefruit, peach and apple. Tropical fruit flavours present themselves delicately throughout the palate, supported by a lovely creaminess of texture imparted by lees contact. This wine will pair well with cream based pasta, grilled salmon, shellfish and sushi.

Credo Limited Release Verdelho

This Verdelho is symbolic of the one ultimate philosophy of our winemaking team: To create an elegant, ever graceful and rewarding wine. Verdelho is a white grape variety grown throughout Portugal, and also gives its name to one of the four main types of Madeira wine. Verdelho has traditionally been used to make fortified wines. The inspiration to plant this variety in Stellenbosch came from its suitability to warmer climates and the success in the Duoro as well as the Swan Valley (Australia) where it has been successfully made as a table wine.

Credo Limited Release Cinsault

This Cinsault is symbolic of the one ultimate philosophy of our winemaking team: To create an elegant, ever graceful and rewarding wine. Cinsault or Hermatige as it is colloquially known in South Africa has had a resergence in recent years. The intergral part this grape played in the great Stellenbosch red blends of old finally being recognized. It performs well in warmer climates and as such has found a home in many new world wine making countries such as Australia and South Africa. It has a rich and succulent fruity palate with earthy undertones with a vibrant Tannin structure that is light on the palate and promotes aging of the wine.

Credo Limited Release Grenache

This Grenache is symbolic of the one ultimate philosophy of our winemaking team: To create an elegant, ever graceful and rewarding wine. Grenache is a red grape cultivar that originated in northern Spain. Today it is most well known for being an integral part of the Rhone varietals. It performs well in warmer climates and as such has found a home in many new world wine making countries such as Australia and South Africa. It has a rich and succulent fruity palate with earthy undertones.
