This magnificent estate has achieved what owner, Laurence Graff (OBE), had in mind when he acquired the Stellenbosch in 2003 with a vision to transform it into South Africa’s most desirable wine, art and hospitality experience. Delaire Graff Cabernet Franc Rosé

Savour the freshness of summer with this refreshing dry rosé. Made entirely from Cabernet Franc. Made in the same style as Sauvignon Blanc to retain the lovely fresh fruit characters. Grapes come from selected vineyards on the Helshoogte and Helderberg Mountain.

Delaire Graff Shiraz

Delaire Graaf, is located on the highpoint of the Helshoogte Pass, just outside of Stellenbosch, boasts magnificient views of the surrounding valley. This luxuriously-appointed estate, owned by Laurence Graaf, pays fine and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the vineyard managment and winemaking process. The Shiraz is matured in old French oak barrels for 12 months to maintain the freshness of this varietal.

Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc

The Coastal Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc has its origin in distinctive vineyards within the Coastal region: Durbanville, Stellenbosch, Darling, and Franschhoek. Each has its own unique terroir, contributing complex and variety. A small, oaked Semillion component adds additional body and dimension, giving the Sauvignon Blanc a well balanced and multifaceted structure.

This Chardonnay is as multifaceted as the dramatic slopes of its Stellenbosch vineyards. Meticulous vineyard management, combined with exceptional terroir, yields fruit of superb quality. In order to retain freshness, no batonage or malolactic fermentation took place. 10 months maturation in 225L French barrels.

Delaire Graff Botmaskop

Delaire Graff Estate, awarded best vineyard in Africa in 2020. 20 hectares of premium vineyards planted with Bordeaux reds, are situated on the slopes of Botmaskop Mountain in Stellenbosch. The Botmaskop is a handcrafted, blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot & Malbec. Whole berry fermented to ensure gentle extraction of flavours and matured in 50% new French oak for 16 months.

Laurence Graff Reserve

The Laurence Graff Reserve holds within its moniker the vision to achieve a classical and elegant claret with gravitas. A single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, from Delaire Graff Estate’s mountain vineyards. Aged in predominately new French oak barrels for 20 months. A rigorous selection process identified the top 5 out of 35 barrels.
